Harvey is passionate about driving innovation, operational excellence and sustainable growth for Real Estate owners and landlords. Therefore, Harvey founded Clarity Building Controls. a global platform, to simplify building management leveraging IoT and AI solutions. Harvey is a graduate of McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce.

Maria Aiello is a senior Real Estate IT executive with 30+ years holding various leadership positions in North American and Global Real Estate Organizations which include Manulife Investment Management, the Morguard Corporation and PwC.

Maria is also very active in the industry as a member of the Digital Transformation Committee and the Technical Advisory Committee with BOMA Canada, a member of the Board of Directors for the US PropTech Council, a member of the IREM Technology Advisory Board, a board member of the IT Media Group and a Peer Community Ambassador with Gartner. In addition, Maria has received a 2023 Woman of Influence Award by the GlobeSt. Real Estate Forum within the PropTech Executive/Innovator Category.

Lukasz brings over 17 years of experience as a startup and fractional CTO with demonstrated success in building and managing engineering and development teams for over ten tech startups and IoT initiatives in Europe and the US. As a former CTO of EonD and Ex-Google Software Engineer, Lukasz has acquired impressive depth in technical skills, architecture and modern frameworks.with a focus on AI, EdTech and security solutions.

As an AI enthusiast and innovator, Lukasz is actively involved in networking and attending AI conferences to continue to acquire and build thought leadership. Lukasz holds both a Bachelor of Computer Science and a Master of Computer Science from the University of Warsaw.
